Assessment

Assessment details

The Adaptive Enterprise Foundations Professional certification exam is administered by the Demand Driven Institute and:

 

  • takes place online during time slots offered by the DDI
  • consists of 50 MCQ questions in English
  • takes place over 3 hours, without any documentation.

The exam must be taken within 6 months following the last day of training.

A computer equipped with an internet connection and a webcam is necessary.

Teaching tools

Learning, a different way

An active approach, grounded in practice: what really happens in the room (or remotely) during the training.

The training program is structured around theoretical contributions presented in the form of lectures. The themes are illustrated by real-life cases.

Exercises, case studies and numerous discussions make it easy to fully understand the concepts of industrial and logistics management.

A scenario using a serious game completes the training program. It is a unique role-playing game in Supply Chain Management training, featuring the shareholder for the strategic vision, general management for tactical decisions and the team of an SME in financial difficulty who discover the virtues of Demand Driven flow management.
