01 Day 1 (face-to-face): Understand the environmental, economic, and regulatory challenges of your value chain, address change, and share best practices
02 Day 2 (half-day online): Assess the challenges of your value chain
03 Day 3 (face-to-face): Collaborative workshop to identify actionable tools and solutions, and initiate a Sustainable Supply Chain roadmap integrating: Climate change, Circular economy, Pollution / Water / Biodiversity, Organizational aspects and habits

Assessment

Assessment details

At the end of the training, a feedback questionnaire is provided to learners to assess:

  • Overall satisfaction
  • Achievement of defined objectives
  • Areas for improvement in both content and format

An attendance sheet will also be signed for each half-day session.
